• We deliver gift parcels to recipients’ homes:
• in Geneva Fr. 13.- per address
• in Switzerland Fr. 19.- per parcel, not per address
• outside Switzerland at the applicable rate

POSTAL DELIVERIES are GUARANTEED BEFORE CHRISTMAS for all ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 12 December.

• Sales are subject to available stock.
• Price decreases and increases are reserved in the event of changes to restocking conditions.

Deposits:

• Glass bottles: at Fr. 0.50
• Glass bottles: at Fr. 0.30
• Crates: at Fr. 5.—
• Crates: wine crates without deposit
• Kegs: at Fr. 50.—
• Gas cylinders: at Fr. 100.—
• Pallets: at Fr. 12.—

Deliveries:

• Free delivery to your address in the canton of Geneva only
• At least 10 cartons or crates of 12 bottles.

Conditions:

• Net prices, without cash discount.
• Goods remain the supplier’s property until invoices have been paid in full.
• Contribution to the heavy vehicle charge (LSVA) and additional energy costs: Frs 30.00 per delivery.

Payment:

• Cash payment — a 60 % deposit is required before delivery for all orders.
• Orders consisting only of spirits or Champagne must be paid in full before delivery.

Returns of goods:

Returnable packaging

• Only unopened bottles in perfect condition will be taken back.

Non-returnable packaging

• Only unopened cartons in their original packaging will be credited.

Handling fees

• For returns exceeding 50 % of the initial order, a handling fee of Frs 100.- is charged.

Cups:

• 25cl sleeves of 100, Frs 7.90 per sleeve
• 30cl sleeves of 80, Frs 7.90 per sleeve
• No returns

Recycling fees:

• Not included, aluminium cans and PET bottles: Frs. 0.05

ADVANCE RECYCLING FEE:

• Advance recycling fee on non-returnable glass bottles not included:
• > 33cl = 2 centimes
• > 60cl = 4 centimes
• < 60cl = 6 centimes

VAT:

• Included:
• + 2.6 % on non-alcoholic beverages
• + 8.1 % on alcoholic beverages

DEPOSITS:

• Glass bottles: at Fr. 0.50
• Glass bottles: at Fr. 0.30
• Crates: wine crates without deposit
• Crates: at Fr. 5.—

DELIVERIES:

• Delivery to your address in the canton of Geneva; in the canton of Vaud, delivery as far as Rolle.
• For other cantons, postal rates apply.
• For other countries, a specific quotation is required.

CONDITIONS:

• Net prices, without cash discount.
• Payment on delivery.
• Goods remain the supplier’s property until invoices have been paid in full.
• Ordered goods cannot be returned without prior management approval.
• Empty packaging is taken back at the deposit price in the same quantities as delivered and must be returned sorted.
• Exceptional returns of empty packaging without purchasing an equal volume of full containers are excluded.

Delivery charges:

• Fr. 15,-- up to Fr. 100,-- (goods value)
• Fr. 10,-- from Fr. 101,-- to Fr. 300,-- (goods value)
• Free from Fr. 301,-- (goods value)

Beer and non-alcoholic beverages are delivered only in their original packaging:
